Catching the moon

The full moon sets over Besh Barmag mountain. Despite a spectacular display of colours out over the Caspian Sea as the rising sun illuminated the layer of clouds with delicate pinks and purples, that same cloud sniffed out any hope of colour on the opposite horizon where the moon was setting. However, I do enjoy this monochrome version, colour isn’t everything when you have the fabulous textures of the rocks . Taken as the moon just starts to slip behind the mountain.
