By The Light of The Moon

This was one of those mornings where you unexpectedly come across a scene that transfixes you. Crystal clear skies as the 91% moon dropped behind the Diana statue in Bushy Park. I hadn't gone with the intention of shooting the moon but the conditions were too good to miss!! A fantastic frantic half hour trying to balance the bright moon and faint but building daylight and repeatedly compose as the moon inexorably dropped through the sky to the horizon. A super way to start the day!!
